Phil & Lori Schmidt live in Guadalajara, Mexico where they direct the ministry of Latin America ChildCare (LACC) on a national basis as well as serve as Regional Coordinators for LACC in Mexico and the Caribbean. In their last term of missionary service, they also co-pastored a new church plant in Guadalajara along side a national pastor. The Schmidts have 3 children: Erica, Ashley and Trevor and have served as foreign missionaries with the Assemblies of God since 1991.
